You will need to enable certain fields, modules and pick list choices, as discussed in this FAQ.
To run the scorecard, simply select Manage|Scorecards and then choose Generate Scorecard. From the "Layout" drop down choose: "AI U Annual Scorecard" and then set the dates, centers and funding sources as appropriate, keeping in mind that in order for a session to be considered for this scorecard it must:
- Have the Reportable? check box selected
- Have a date that falls within the reporting period
- Be assigned to the center(s)/counselor(s) specified in the scorecard definition
- Be categorized under the funding/sub-funding sources specified in the scorecard definition

Total Clients Served by AI U-trained Counselors
This line item counts the total number of unique clients counseled by counselors whose "Area(s) of Expertise" includes AI Trained/Certified:

Note: this line item counts all clients counseled by these counselors, regardless of the area of counseling that the clients received.
Clients Who Received AI-Specific Guidance
This line item counts the total number of unique clients counseled in the area of "Artificial Intelligence" as specified on the counseling session in either the "Counseling Area" field or the "Additional Areas" field:

Note: this line item counts all clients counseled in the area of AI, regardless of whether the counselor was AI Trained/Certified, or not.
Businesses That Adopted AI Tools
This line item counts the total number of unique clients who have an "AI Tools Implemented" milestone within the reporting period:

Businesses Reporting Measurable Improvements (due to AI)
This line item counts the total number of unique clients who have an "AI Improvement Realized" milestone within the reporting period. This milestone should be selected if the client reports measurable improvement in their business, such as revenue growth; cost savings; time savings; improved customer satisfaction; etc., after implementing AI.
