When does Neoserra offer the SBA Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) link on the client record?
The Small Business Administration maintains the Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) database. As a small business registers in the System for Award Management, there is an opportunity to fill out the small business profile. The information provided populates DSBS. DSBS is another tool contracting officers use to identify potential small business contractors for upcoming contracting opportunities. Small businesses can also use DSBS to identify other small businesses for teaming and joint venturing.
When a client record includes a Unique Entity Indentifier number AND it includes a CAGE Code AND the client is registered in the SBA Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) database, then Neoserra will present a link to their DSBS record directly on the client record:
It is important to note, that if the client record includes both the UEI number and the CAGE code but they are not registered in DSBS then no link will be presented:
Similarly, if only a UEI number or only a CAGE code has been entered on the client record, but not both, then you will also notice that no link will be offered:
