What is the APEX Accelerator Metrics Log?

Neoserra offers the APEX Accelerator Metrics Log to assist with the DoD reporting requirements. Assuming you have at least one center in your Neoserra database that has a Center Type of: APEX Accelerator, then you will see the log under the Activity menu:

It should be noted that these logs have limited functionality and they are merely designed to track data that is gathered external to Neoserra. In particular, it should be noted that when these logs are included in your scorecard calculations, you cannot change the "Processing Mode" within the scorecard to "Include audit information."

APEX Accelerator Metrics Log

Neoserra is a CRM system, it does not track web clicks or the number of hardcopy newsletters and other publications provided by your program to your client community. However, the DoD APEX Accelerator FY23 Quarterly Report Template requires some of the metrics. In order to help facilitate your ability to record this information in one centralized location, Neoserra offers the APEX Accelerator Metrics Log. While Neoserra does not track this information natively, you can use the log to store the information, which is then included on the APEX Accelerator scorecard:

The following metrics can be selected, and then you can indicate the number of times each metric happened. For example, if you select "Number of clicks on online FOCI publications" then you can indicate the actual number of clicks in the field provided:

  • Goal 1: Number of clients attempting to re-enter the DIB and GIB (e.g., the number that submitted bids).
  • Goal 2: Number of direct referrals and businesses resulted in success.
  • Goal 3: Number of FOCI publications provided such as newsletters, articles, and any press releases.
  • Goal 3: Number of clicks on online FOCI publications.
  • Goal 4: Number of cybersecurity publications provided such as newsletters, articles, and any press releases.
  • Goal 4: Number of clicks on online cybersecurity publications.
  • Goal 5: Number of proposals submitted to GIPs by clients who received technical assistance
  • Goal 6: Number of clients submitting white papers to FOAs as a direct result of receiving technical assistance
  • Goal 6: Number of clients submitting full proposals to FOAs as a direct result of receiving technical assistance
