How do I add a center's logo within Neoserra and on eCenter Direct?

You can post your center's logo within Neoserra and on eCenter Direct.

Posting a logo in Neoserra

In the Neoserra interface, you can add a unique logo for each center. The center logo will display in the upper right hand corner of the main stream for that center, and the logo will also be part of the center record. Additionally, the logo will be included on any reports generated in Neoserra.

To upload a logo, go to View|Centers and enter administrator-mode. Find the center record whose logo you want to upload and click the Upload link to the right of the center name:

Click the Choose file button and find the logo on the file system. Neoserra supports .JPG, .GIF or .PNG images. Ideally the logo should have a 3:1 (width:height) ratio. Once you have selected the logo image that you want to use then you can click the "Upload" button to complete the process.

Note: Once a logo has been uploaded for one of your centers, you cannot delete it. You can overwrite it with a new logo, but you cannot delete it.

Posting a logo on eCenter Direct

The lead center database administrator can post a logo that will serve as the default logo for all centers on eCenter Direct. This logo can be posted by going into administrator-mode and then clicking on Administration|Configuration|eCenter. Next click on the "General" panel and post your logo (and optional background color) in the "Banner Logo" field.

In this field, you will need to provide a link to your logo file that is accessible from anywhere on the internet. If you don't have a logo publicly available, then you can send OutreachSystems a copy of your logo and we can place it in our library to be accessed from eCenter Direct.

Individual centers can overwrite the default logo for their specific center by posting their own logo on the center record. Assuming your have permissions to edit your center record then you can go to View|Centers and select your center from the list. Edit the center record and scroll to the "Banner Logo", "Banner Background Image", and "Banner Text Color" fields and update them accordingly:

This is only necessary if you are part of a Neoserra database with multiple centers and each center has their own unique logo. The logo must be accessible from anywhere on the internet and thus have a public address. If you don't have a logo publicly available, then you can send OutreachSystems a copy of your logo and we can place it in our library to be accessed from eCenter Direct. Along with the logo, you may also have a specific background color that you wish to display. If so, you will need to provide the background image to OutreachSystems along with your logo. And then depending upon the color of your background image, that may dictate the "Banner Text Color" to be used on eCenter Direct.
