With 30 years of experience we are intimately familiar with the concept of tracking outreach assistance, as well as the economic impact of that assistance. As a result, our products are wholly geared toward this unique not-for-profit paradigm.

SBA Compliance
Because a large percentage of our client base is funded in some way by the Small Business Administration, OutreachSystems is no stranger to EDMIS, the SBA's Entrepreneurial Development Management Information System. As an original member of the EDMIS committee, we played a role in the system's testing and development; to this day, we participate in EDMIS conference calls. The result of all this hard work is a fully EDMIS-compliant component called EDMISrx. The core feature of EDMISrx is its export module which generates the quarterly EDMIS upload file, but it also has many other bells and whistles to ensure a healthy, EDMIS-compliant database.
DLA Compliance
The Defense Logistics Agency is concerned with your center's counseling activity, general outreach, and the government contracts awarded to your clients, among other things. DLA collects this information via the DLA 1806 Report, which is easily generated from Neoserra.
